"Jemi-Grace has made a hard situation easier."
"When it became clear that caring for my mom with Alzheimer’s while raising three young kids wasn’t something we could manage on our own, Jemi-Grace became our lifeline. She’s lived there for three years now, and I can honestly say that the care she receives has been exceptional. The staff is kind, attentive, and always responsive — we’ve never had to worry about her well-being. They include us in her care and truly treat us like part of the team. Jemi-Grace has given us the support we needed and the peace of mind we didn’t think was possible. We’re incredibly grateful."

My mother stayed at JemiGrace Home Plus LLC. It's brand new and it's absolutely wonderful. It was a Golden Girls type home that had six women living there. My mother was so excited when she went to visit and have lunch. She said, “Those people are real.” She loved the place. She loved the people. Because of them, we were able to be with my mother in her last times. If it hadn't been for them, that wouldn't have been possible. I'm very grateful to them for that.
It's a six-resident place. All the rooms were private. They had activities. They were together. They talked and laughed while they ate. It was just a joyous place for her and her lonely days were gone. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I got sick right after she moved in, and they called me every day to tell me how she was doing, what was going on, and just kept me updated 100 percent of the time. I finally got to relax because I knew they were taking good care of her.
We went over there for lunch and everything was homecooked. When we went over there, they had homemade soup and rolls, which she thought was great. They had peaches and cottage cheese, which is one of her favorites. She was like, ‘They’re real. The food’s good. Move me in. Let’s go.’ She was so excited. It’s a beautiful facility. I was so looking forward to using the back deck when it got warmer, because there’s a beautiful back deck with wheelchair ramps down to the ground level, and a couple of different levels on it. It’s just beautiful. One of the things they were willing to do was accept Medicaid. I heard the same thing from the husbands of two women who were in there who said that they had their wives in other places, and when they moved there, they finally got to rest. It was a wonderful place. When I found JemiGrace, I knew that was what I wanted. They offered exactly what I was looking for, and what my mother was looking for, and excited about too.

JemiGrace of Overland Park has truly been a blessing to my mom and our family. When Mom’s dementia progressed and she could no longer manage daily tasks on her own, we began searching for a continuous care home. While large memory care and assisted living facilities were options, we found a new home for Mom at JemiGrace.
At JemiGrace, Mom is one of just a handful of women who receive constant, attentive care from the owners and staff. Every need is met promptly, and we are always informed right away if there is any change in Mom’s condition or needs. The communication and compassion shown by the team give us complete peace of mind.
In every respect, we trust JemiGrace to provide the highest quality care for Mom at this stage of her life.

I want to let people know that if you are needing to put a loved in a rest home JemiGrace is the place to do it. I unfortunately had to put my wife in 3 years ago & l chose JemiGrace & it was the best decision of my life. She gets fantastic care from when she gets up in the morning until she goes to bed at night. If I had to put her in one of the big rest homes she never would have made it. She & everyone else there get hands on care everyday for whatever there needs are. I would advise people to check them out.
